Returns, sure!
If you re not happy with your new Pep product you are welcome to return it to us (within 14 days) Please fill in the form below (in dutch or English) and I will come back to you with instructions as soon as possible.
*. your return should be in the same condition that you received it, with packaging as well.
* We are not able to offer refunds for personalised orders.
*. we do not except returns from abroad (with the exception of Belgium and Germany).
*. due to hygienic reasons earrings can't be returned. sorry about that.
* shipping costs for returns is the customer's responsibility.
* Pep is not responsible for lost returns.
* We will reimburse your money via our payment system Mollie within 2 working days.
* Once we have processed and inspected your return, you will be updated via email.
*. if you want your pep jewelry to be polished, repaired or adjusted please contact us.
Please let us know if you are not happy with your product when living abroad and we'll try to come to some kind of arrangement.
